The EURINS Chaire aims to strengthen the training of excellence in a current and rapidly evolving field. To this end, the Chaire is stepping up existing courses and creating new ones in the fields of employment law and business law on the subject of European insolvency law. These courses are complemented by short videos on topical issues, and online courses.
DU ESALED
The University Diploma in Social Expertise in Business Administration and Liquidation of Troubled Companies (DU ESALED) aims to provide expertise in social law related to companies in difficulty, covering aspects of national, European, and international law. The EURINS Chaire contributes to ensuring its durability and increasing its attractiveness to professionals who can pursue the diploma through continuing education (eligible for CPF – Personal Training Account). This professionalizing diploma is currently the only one at the national level to offer a high level of expertise on European policies in social law related to struggling businesses.
