The steering committee
The steering Committee (COPIL) is responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the EURINS Chaire’s activities. It is composed of members whose functions as Master’s or network directors, elected members of management team, or administrators, ensure that the work of the Chaire is in line with the policy and strategy of the University of Toulouse Capitole, the Faculty of Law and Political Science in Toulouse, and the Business Law Center.

The teaching team
The teaching team is made up of lecturers recognized at both national and European level for their expertise in European insolvency law and/or the social law of companies in difficulty. They teach specialized courses in various Masters programs and in the ESALED DU program, and are authors of short videos on topical issues of interest to the Chaire’s work. They also supervise young researchers and run summer schools.
